Hello and welcome!
My name is Brock Stuber and this is the Wildee Project. Here you will find a place that is all things outdoors and adventure. Whether it be hike recaps, hunting stories or gear reviews, I want to share my exposure and opinions in my favorite place; outside. Fortunately, I received an early introduction into the outdoors. I realize that is not the case for everybody. My goal is that sharing experiences through my writing, you are inspired and encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone and out into the wilderness. Get cold, sweat a little, just do something hard for the sake of doing it!
I've always felt that I was born a couple hundred years too late. Since I was a kid, I have dreamed of living a life that is wild. I want to sleep under the stars, smell like campfire smoke and simply live off of the land. I have spent my entire life observing the natural world and have found that to truly feel most alive, you have to learn to be okay with discomfort. Staring at a screen all day is just not living. At least, not for me.
A little about me...I am born and raised in Oklahoma. I am a lifelong hunter, avid outdoorsman and former college athlete. In 2018, I married my high school sweetheart and all I can say is I am the luckiest man in the world. Together we hunt for our food, raise chickens and have grown a love for our country's national parks. We believe that there is nothing better than experiencing God's creations first hand, together.
